Welcome to Leap Arena. This Privacy Policy explains how Omar Nasser ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Leap Arena mobile application available on iOS and web platforms.
By creating an account and using Leap Arena, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Full name (first and last)
- Display name / username
- Email address
- Gender
- Country of residence
- Invite code used at registration
- Password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plain text)
- Instagram handle (optional, provided for invite code request review)
- Mobile phone number (optional, provided for invite code request review)
2.2 Fitness and Performance Data
- Strength tier and power tier rankings
- Trial completion times and personal bests
- Assessment results (pull-ups, dips, push-ups, muscle-ups)
- Static world, Power world, and Endurance (1MM) scores
- Weekly challenge scores
- Trial history (attempts, completions, abandoned sessions)
- Workout programs created, assigned, or completed through the Coaching Center
- Exercise library interactions and saved custom exercises
- Coaching relationship data (your assigned coach ID and warrior ID if you participate in the Coaching Center)
- Program block completion records within assigned warrior programs
2.3 Device and Technical Data
- Device timezone (collected automatically at registration)
- Push notification token (for sending workout reminders)
- Platform type (iOS or web)
- App session data
2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect precise GPS location
- We do not collect health data from Apple Health or Google Fit
- We do not collect camera or microphone data
- We do not serve advertisements or collect advertising identifiers
- We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising
- We do not access your camera. We request photo library access only to save workout completion banners to your device
3. How We Use Your Information
- Creating and managing your Leap Arena account
- Authenticating your identity when you sign in
- Calculating and displaying your strength tier, power tier, and overall rankings
- Displaying your performance on leaderboards
- Sending push notifications for workout reminders and arena updates
- Processing password reset requests via email
- Preventing cheating and validating trial submission times on our servers
- Improving the App and fixing bugs
- Delivering personalised workout programs through the Coaching Center
- Tracking your progress within assigned warrior programs
- Enforcing our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
4.1 Supabase (Database and Authentication)

4.2 Apple (iOS Platform)
Push notifications are delivered via Apple's Push Notification service (APNs). For more information, visit apple.com/privacy.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain)
- Server-side validation prevents submission of fraudulent fitness scores
- Access to the database is restricted to authenticated users only
6. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the App by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal information, fitness data, tier rankings, and trial history are permanently and immediately erased from our servers and cannot be recovered.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon requesting account deletion, your personal data is permanently erased immediately. Some anonymised, aggregated statistical data may be retained indefinitely and cannot be used to identify you personally.
7. Your Rights
7.1 Rights for All Users
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to Deletion: Delete your account directly in the App under Profile → Delete Account
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Disable push notifications at any time via device settings

8. Children's Privacy
Leap Arena is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Push Notifications
We collect your device's push notification token to send workout reminders and arena event announcements. You can disable push notifications at any time through your iOS device settings under Settings → Notifications → Leap Arena.
10. Leaderboards and Public Data
Leap Arena features global leaderboards displaying user performance rankings. By default, your display name and tier ranking are visible to other users. Your email address, full name, country, and gender are never displayed publicly.
11. International Data Transfers
Leap Arena is developed in Egypt and serves users globally. Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and notify you via push notification or email where required by law.
